Welcome to Exposed Elegance. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our nude cleaning services, website, and related offerings. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years or older to book or use our services.

  • By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

 

2. Nature of Service

Exposed Elegance provides professional cleaning services delivered by cleaners who may be nude or partially clothed, based on the package selected. This is a non-sexual, professional service, and any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities if necessary. We do not provide services requiring heavy lifting due to safety protocols

3. Conduct & Boundaries

As a client, you agree to:

  • Treat staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

  • Refrain from any form of physical contact, inappropriate language, or sexual advances.

  • Not record or photograph staff without explicit prior written consent.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and private environment for the duration of the appointment.

  • Be present during the service or authorize another adult (18+) to be on premises.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.

4. Staff Rights

Our cleaners have the right to:

  • End any session immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.

  • Decline services outside the agreed scope of work.

  • Report inappropriate or illegal behavior.

 

5. Payment and Cancellations

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or inappropriate behavior resulting in service termination will not be refunded.

 

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.

  • We are not liable for loss of personal items unless directly and knowingly mishandled by our staff.

  • You assume full responsibility for creating a safe working environment.

  • We do not provide services requiring heavy lifting due to safety protocols

 

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Booking Modifications

Requests to modify service details (time, location, package) must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline requests based on staff availability.
